1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SENSY AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your use of the Service also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent.
2. Description of Service
SENSY AI provides an AI companion application featuring simulated relationship dynamics, conversation memory, and autonomous character behavior. The Service uses third-party AI models and is provided on an "as-is" basis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per natural person; shared, bot, or resold accounts are prohibited
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the AI
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Share account credentials with third parties
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise other users
- Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws
6. Content & Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you input. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
6.2 Our Content
The SENSY AI name, logo, code, and design elements are our intellectual property.
6.3 AI-Generated Content
Responses are provided for entertainment and companionship only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). SENSY AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be appropriate for all users or situations. Content moderation is provided on a best-effort basis; the Service may occasionally generate responses that are unexpected, inaccurate, or emotionally sensitive. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
- The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (Google Play). Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and payment terms
- Subscription fees are charged in advance; free trial periods (where available) are configured on the Google Play subscription product and require a valid payment method
- You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds for purchases made through Google Play may be subject to Google Play's refund policy in addition to our Refund Policy
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Extended inactivity (24+ months)
- Legal requirements
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI COMPANIONS ARE SIMULATED ENTITIES WITHOUT REAL EMOTIONS, CONSCIOUSNESS, OR LEGAL PERSONHOOD.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you also retain all mandatory consumer rights afforded by the law of your country of residence, which these Terms cannot override.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
