1. Introduction
SENSY AI ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, optional display name and profile avatar
• Conversation Data: Chat messages between you and your AI companion, timestamps, metadata
• Character Preferences: Character name, appearance, archetype, personality settings, relationship role preferences
• Usage Analytics: App features used, device type, OS version, error logs
• Payment Information: Subscription tier, billing status, payment history (processed by third-party providers; we do not store card details)

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide and personalize the AI companion experience, generate contextually relevant responses, maintain conversation memory and relationship progression, process subscriptions and prevent fraud, improve the Service through analytics, and send critical service notifications.

4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored encrypted at rest using AES-256. Data transmission occurs over TLS 1.3. We use Supabase (SOC 2 Type II certified) for database hosting. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with AI Providers (OpenRouter, DeepSeek) for response generation, Infrastructure Providers (Supabase) for service operation, Payment Processors for billing, and when required by applicable law.

6. Your Rights
You have the right to Access, Correct, Delete, and Export your personal data. To exercise these rights, use the in-app feedback feature.

7. Data Retention
Active accounts: data retained until account deletion. Deleted accounts: all personal data purged within 30 days. Anonymous analytics: retained for 12 months, then aggregated and stripped of identifiers.

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy
We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SENSY AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
SENSY AI provides an AI companion application featuring simulated relationship dynamics, conversation memory, and autonomous character behavior. The Service uses third-party AI models and is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining account security. One account per user; shared or bot accounts are prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes; attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service; use automated scripts or bots; impersonate others; share account credentials; upload malicious content; or use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws.

6. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you input. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. The SENSY AI name, logo, code, and design elements are our intellectual property. AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and companionship only and does not constitute professional advice.

7. Subscriptions & Payments
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for: violations of these Terms, fraudulent payment activity, extended inactivity (24+ months), or legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI COMPANIONS ARE SIMULATED ENTITIES WITHOUT REAL EMOTIONS, CONSCIOUSNESS, OR LEGAL PERSONHOOD.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the SENSY AI mobile application and website.

2. Subscription Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Service continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
Annual subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Service continues until the end of the current annual term. No partial-year refunds.

3. Refund Eligibility

• First-Time Subscriber Guarantee: If you are a first-time subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This applies once per user account.
• Technical Failure: If the Service is materially non-functional for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure, and we fail to resolve it within 7 days of your report, you may request a prorated refund.
• Unauthorized Charges: If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund confirmed unauthorized transactions.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Consumable in-app purchases once used or 24 hours after purchase; subscription periods already consumed; purchases made more than 30 days ago (except under the First-Time guarantee); free trial conversions.

5. Refund Process
To request a refund: (1) Use the in-app feedback feature or contact refunds@sensy.ai, (2) Include your account email and purchase date, (3) Allow up to 10 business days for processing, (4) Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us violates these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
